When the laptop is powered with a charger and turned on the Acer icon appears. Pressing the F2 on the keyboard opens the system bios/settings. From this page it then goes to the windows load up page, which then lead to a black background with the logon process error. It seems that it’s a systematic fault but it will boot into safe mode. The laptop itself is in preowned condition with some scratching on the outside of the device. On the inside of the laptop, it looks like it’s in good condition
