As the manager you are in charge of but not limited to : - Taking order from our customers via in store / phone / Ubereats. - Managing the staff on shift. - Ordering food / packaging / chemicals. - Food hygiene workbook entry daily. - Cleanliness FOH and BOH. - Reporting to the Restaurants Manager. - Reporting any faults or maintenance issues. - Assisting with opening and closing of stores. - Training the new staff members
