They are both complete with pedal drives, paddles, seats and wheels to make launching them easy. The Outback is approximately 12 feet long and the Revolution is a little over 13 feet long. Some minor dings on were professionally repaired by Mirage prior to purchasing. Has always been washed after use. Has been mostly stored indoors. Last paddled recently on 2 March '23.
