Exercise / Strength/ Balance in Orange NSW I am an accredited exercise scientist. This means I have a degree that focussed on using exercise to improve health outcomes. There is an enormous volume of research showing that specific forms of exercise can have a positive impact on a broad range of health outcomes. I run sessions with one or two people at a time based on what you would like to achieve and the results of an initial assessment. For most older adults this includes a combination
