Hi. My name is Mani. I have 9 years of experience in boxing and multiple martial arts, and 7 years of training beginners like you to be the best boxer you can be.
I help beginners achieve this by carefully designing a personalized workout routine that works around you, which includes:
• Feedback tailored specifically to you
• Video recordings for real-time review
• Fast-tracking your progress with customised corrections based on your recordings
• Step-by-step ways to improve your form and power
• Bad habit breakers so you can stop them before they even start
• And more!
Boxing is not a hobby or workout you can pick up on your own and master. You need a trainer to ensure you have the proper form. Otherwise, you risk a lifetime of poor form and serious injury (whether you’re on or off the ring).
Training sessions are held in the Sydney Inner West area. I also offer online and mobile options. I am available most hours between 12PM and 5PM
