We are moving away for a few months so renting out our place temporarily for 5-6 months. The house was only recently renovated few years ago with a new kitchen and flooring. 3 bedroom 1 bathroom 2 toilets and a big deck at the back. House is located near Woolworths Greensborough. Rent is $560 pw. Cash payment every 4 week. 5 week bond required. There is a shed at the back however we are using it for storage and won’t be available for use. We’ll need access to the shed from time to time. Look
