Small 3.5 cm Wide Mica Rock Specimen

I thought this rock specimen was iron pyrites with a blue metallic lustre to it rather than the fool's gold lustre often associated with that substance. However, a kind Gummie has suggested it is a specimen of the mineral mica, the flecks of which we often see in the sand of Aussie beaches. It is only 4 grams. Vintage Robert Krups, Solingen-Wald Perla Scale Made in Germany

Vintage Krups Perla scales made in Germany by Robert Krups, Solingen-Wald. The scales are in working order and would have been an essential part of a large kitchen. They would have been used extensively for checking the weight of food purchased in bulk prior to storage and for bulk cooking recipes. It's measurements are approximately 31cm long at it's longest and 21cm wide at it's widest by 9.5cm high. There is a little spotty rust in the top of the chrome plated tray and some around it's base.

1938 David Jones Centenary Silverplate Coffee Spoon

Vintage 1940s Whittingslowe Pea Podder

Apart from the handle and rubber rollers, the podder is made from chrome-plated steel and despite this one having a fair amount of rust, given that it is 70 years old, it still works as well as the 1950s pea podder I have also advertised separately. Vintage Avon Golf Ball Cleaner Made in England

It has it's original cord made from cotton which would have been attached to a player's belt or their golf bag. Vintage Australian Golf Union Brass Badge/Medallion

This hickory shafted 2 iron was hand forged for Bert Oldfield's sports store at 52-54 Hunter Street in Sydney around 1915-20s. Vintage Small Tin of an AMAMI Nail Polishing Stone

The tin was manufactured in England. The tin indicates "2.5 drms NET (10 grammes)". 2.5 drams is only 4.3 grams so maybe this means the polishing stone weighs 2.5 drams and the tin weighs 5.7 grams to make the 10 grams.
