Sofa has a fold away mattress under the cushions which has only been used a few times, and still has some plastic on it. It’s very easy to pull the sofa bed out and put it away again. A very comfortable lounge with no sagging and minimal wear. No known rips or stains.

Sofa and chair to be sold together or separately $100 NEGOTIABLE we need them gone We bought a new couch so getting rid of this one. The sofa can seat 3-4 and reclines on both sides to nearly flat. The chair doesn’t recline as the mechanism is broken unfortunately but is big and comfortable for 1, or 2 if you like cuddling. It is a suede material that was steam cleaned last year and when it is steam cleaned it comes up beautifully. There are some small stains and a small rip in one of the sofa
