Has one bigger scratch right on top (see picture) as the bike did not like the bike rack I carried it to services. My bike was a custom made job. It is quality parts from different manufacturers. The paint job of the frame is all cracked but I deliberately left it this way as I think it looks like a factory paint style (way cooler than normal). Quality bike, just don't ride it much. I'm 177cm and my guess is it would fit any person from about 168cm to 192cm (I'm no expert though).
