These bulbs are 24 volt x 70 watt These bulbs are unused stock and have come from a clearance sale. With all the Chinese writing on the boxes they obviously are made in China.

Do not know the name or actual use for these levers. They came with other items from a sale. One has the number ‘0751’ on it and the other ‘0832’. The spline is 10 teeth. Internal diameter between teeth tips is 31 mm. Internal diameter between teeth gullets is 38mm.
