Offered for sale is this vintage 20th Century Czechoslovakian Art Deco pressed glass footed biscuit barrel, produced by the Libochovice Glassworks and (established by Josef Feigl and Ladislav Morávek in 1912) and most likely dating from the 1930’s. A masterpiece of Art Deco styling with a bold, angular repeating pattern that could have come straight from the 1925 International Exposition of Modern Decorative and Industrial Arts in Paris.
