This is a very old, very rare Singer treadle machine that will make a great restoation project for the enthusiast. A new leather belt and new sphinx decals (yes they still make them) will bring it back to its former glory. See below for the decals available and the way it could look when restored. The seriel number is ****5032 means it was made in 1899 before the addition of the Letter Prefix to show where it was made with the numbers that were introduced to separte the year model. See chart

Cabinet size 600mm W x 425mm D x 815mm H Used as decorative hall table / cabinet. Never tried to use the machine Machine collapses down into cabinet but there is still plenty of room for storage.
