The Bose Acoustimass Model 2683 is an early powered subwoofer module. I got it to work Sounds great but needs a console to work perfectly I believe. often associated with the Lifestyle 5 system from the late 1980s/early 1990s. It features built-in amplification for the woofer and connected cube speakers, typically requiring a proprietary DIN cable connection to a Bose Lifestyle console. NAD AV 711 stereo amp A great 40 watts per channel amp. Plenty of inputs but no phono input unfortunately. It’s not a surround amp (although the NAD advertisement for the amp may lead you to this conclusion). The av 711 is a great stereo amp and better than a surround NAD amp would be for stereo.
