The ramp was a fun family COVID construction project, initially following some instructions from YouTube - then customised. Made from outdoor rated plywood, treated pine, masonite and tongue & groove flooring sheets. Has always been stored inside our garage. You can see in the photos it has two parts; the ramp and the top deck that fold away for storage and secured with toggle clips. There is also a PVC grind rail. Built during covid it is no longer used. It's 4ft high 2.4metres wide and approx 7m long. It is all marine plywood. The ramp uses 2 layers of 9mm and 18mm sheets. The structure is all mgp12 pine. Well over $3k worth of timber. There are a couple of top layer 9mm that maybe needed to be replaced or put to the bottom. Willing to help with dismantling.
