Hi, up for sale is a very early Peter McCabe single, fin surfboard. The fin has been cut off to fit on the top of a panel van in the day so needs another one installed a few dings could suit restoring. I believe this is a very early Peter McCabe as there is a spray dolphin on the bottom, which seems very backyard.

Col Smith Morning Star surfboards vintage single fin board. Measures approx 200 x 49 x 7. 6’5” in the old language. Morning Star founded in 1975 by Col, in Narrabeen. Good original condition. A bit of age showing on this ‘75 Goodtime single fin shaped on the Gold Coast. Still surfs ok..would make a great project for someone to fix up etc.

So much fun to surf, this late 60’s tracker I was shaped in Mona Vale , Sydney. Stringerless with “Magnum” handwritten on the deck it is a planar hull (convex) with 10c rails and soooooo much fun to surf. No legrope . A foot long single fin…heavy glass. A beautiful piece of history that will teach you some lines that modern boards don’t. Taught me to surf backwards on a wave and there’s no stranger feeling than looking back at the curl whilst going down the line..

McGrigor single fin shaped by Barry King 1970’s. About 5’10” and showing its age this would be a nice project board for someone to work on. On the upside it’s dry and straight with yellowing but no major rot in the blank. Classic board difficult to find

Shaped in Brisbane early 1970’s this Sharlen pintail is a beautiful example of what was going on in Hawaii back in the day. Awesome pintail with sweet Rasta bleed spray job this is in really good condition for its age. Watertight and surface or stylish wall hanger this is a rare and unusual board to add to the quiver.

Early 1970’s Peter Clarke single fin Shaped by Geoff Solness, one of the masters of Shark Island, this board is in incredible condition for its age. No foam rot, not bent or dinged up and surfs really well. Big wooden single fin gives a classic look and performs well with the swallow pintail. You will honestly never see another board like this.

Hutchinson single fin circa 1970 made in Brookvale, Manly. Unique round nose with heaps of rocker. Round deck down to round tail. Top surface in good condition. Bottom has seen better days but mainly cosmetic. Single fin been installed by a blind bricklayer by the looks of things and doesn't look original. It is 5'10 x 21 approximately.
