Today Fri27July2018 A Black with Yellow stripes Merida Speeder Hybrid Bike was stolen from the Chrome Spiral Bike rack on the corner of Queen St Bridge & Yarra River Queensbridge Square (1A Queensbridge Street Southbank VIC 3006) where the Red Stair amphitheatre is. It was pad locked with a Kryptonite Series 2 U lock which had been angle grinded through. The bike may have burn marks or pitting from the sparks. I will offer $50 for its return no questions asked. At 5am Saturday July 3 I interrupted a burglary/theft in my carport Serpentine Rd general neighborhood of Keysborough Vic .
