Wanted Personal Trainer - Home gym 2x weekly (paid)
I live near Parramatta with a small gym at my disposal. Dumbbells, long bars and machines. I am looking for someone to spot, guide, give me advise and motivate me. We would train in the gym in my apartment block 2 days a week after 7pm for 1 hour. I plan to do the cardio before hand then spend the 1 hour lifting.
