Please see our conditions below: (a) Goods not required must be returned in original condition and packaging to Jetis Pty. Limited within 7 days at the expense of the purchaser. (b) A copy of the original invoice is to be presented with any goods returned, accompanied with a reason written on the invoice why the said Goods supplied have been returned. (c) All returns of Goods are subject to a 20% handling/restocking fee, with the exception of incorrectly supplied Goods. (d) Any Goods supplied by Jetis Pty. Limited that are returned and have been fitted, painted or damaged, will not be acceptable for return or credit. (e) For all local deliveries, the Customer will be liable for any delivery or pickup charges incurred by Jetis Pty Limited for all incorrectly ordered Goods, or for Goods no longer required. (f) For all outer metropolitan and interstate deliveries, the following applies for any Goods supplied by Jetis Pty Limited that require to be returned for any reason. (i) Under no circumstances are goods to be returned via the courier that has just delivered the goods, or by any other courier, otherwise the purchaser or receiver of the goods will be liable for all costs incurred. (ii) Any Goods required to be returned must have an RA number (Return Authorisation) with authorisation by Jetis Pty. Limited to use their nominated courier. Unless these procedures are adhered to, Jetis Pty Limited will not be liable for any freight charges incurred (iii) The customer can choose to use their own courier at their own expense to return goods to Jetis Pty. Limited as well as adhering to point (2) in this section. (g) Specially ordered parts and electrical items are not returnable for credit.
