Looking MR/HR drivers

Booked this guy with 10 ton and two guy to come at 11 am yesterday. Didn't show up on time and after numerous call he answered and said his truck not starting and mechanic working on it and should be ready in an hour. Waited another hour and called again numerous time and said truck not gonna be fixed soon so he'll arrange a small truck with two men to come within half an hour. After waiting more than an hour and half those guys came and had a look at the stuff and left without saying anything.
