ROYAL DOULTON DINNER SERVICE

This beautiful English Fine Bone China set is from the Royal Doulton, The Romance Collection, “Melissa” H5087 – 1982. The set is as new and no items have ever been used, with many of the pieces still in original packaging.
This is an 8 place setting 50 piece set, which would complement any dinner party, comprising the following:
Dinner Plates x 8 – approx. - 27cms across
Side Plate/Salad Plate x 8 – approx. – 20.5cms across
Soup/Cereal/Dessert Bowl x 8 – approx. 5.5cms across bowl and 4cms deep.
Bread & Butter Plate x 8 – 7cms across.
Cups x 8
Saucers x 8
Sugar Bowl & Lid
Creamer Jug
The lovely pattern that surrounds the edges of all the pieces is in a light greyish tone with blue and mauve flowers. The leading edge is in platinum.
If these items were purchased at what is currently on EBAY etc , and the majority of those ones have been used and showing marks from the use, cost would be in the range of $1350.00 - $1400.00.
Due to fragility and weight of the china, it could be difficult to ship interstate, so local Pick Up is preferred, as Freight and Insurance would be prohibitive to ship anywhere else. No Overseas purchasers.

- PADDED FOOT STOOLSince downsizing and moving into my new home I now do not have the space for this generous sized footstool. The Foot Stool is covered in a blueish-grey material, is fully padded and on a wooden frame which is sealed at the base. It is a good size of 39cms High and 42cms square. Weight is approx. 2-3kgs.
