Realistic 32-1100 Mixer 2 turntable, 2 mic, Aux, AC/batt op restd WTY
$70
SHIPPING OFFERED
More than one available at time of listing.
First appearing in Radio Shack / Tandy Catalogues back in 1981, and staying in their model line up right through until 1995 (not a bad run!) it may be a bit of a stretch to call the 32-1100 a “disco” mixer as they did, but it IS in fact a really handy mixer to have around.
It could be used for PA use, home recording, or even to add/expand “phono” inputs on a Hi-Fi system.
Cleverly the unit will run from just 6V thanks to a more sophisticated than expected internal power supply design, so it can be run using 4 x aa batteries, or a plug pack power supply (which will be INCLUDED with sale).
The unit is stereo (switchable to mono), with 5 input channels:
1. Microphone input. If only one microphone is plugged in this channel will drive to both left and right outputs, if a second microphone is plugged into input 2 input 1 will feed to left channel only.
2. Microphone input, feeds to right channel only
3. Phono (turntable) input, with sockets for both magnetic and ceramic cartridges.
4. Phono (turntable) input, with sockets for both magnetic and ceramic cartridges.
5. Line level (aux) input for any modern audio device.
The unit has two outputs, main, and record.
Each of the channels has a rocker switch above the fader – switching to “cue” feeds the signal to the headphone output, switching to “in” feeds the signal to the mix.
Frequency response 20Hz – 20kHz
Output level 0.7V
Measures 270mm x 190mm x 70mm
