Very disappointed

The owner was very nice, but the person who actually did my removal was rude and did not do a good job. All he did was whinge and complain. I gave a list of what was to be moved before when I booked, but they only took half of it,I had to hire a trailer and move everything else myself. I must say to be honest, this was the worst removalist I have ever used.
