Gutter replacement/ repairs

Leaking in patio after gutter guards fitted. Attempted fix on return visit when advised of fault. Still leaks and when advised again, never showed at time advised. Investigated my self, found guards fitted to patio screwed above gutter level and not sealed, leaked water into patio area. So removed upto 8m of gutter guards and sealed and applied silastic to holes myself. Though now have dozens of holes in a near new patio that shouldn't be. Still have leaks in front patio, but live with for now
