JOB TITLE: Office All Rounder / Administration Officer
JOB TYPE: Casual (up to 38 hours per week) within 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday
LOCATION: Cashmere, QLD
We are a small family business who is looking for a dedicated office administrator that has it all! If you think you are a perfect fit for this position please apply within!
For shortlisted applicants there will be an interview and a trial day.
You will be hired on a casual basis for an immediate start with the potential to go full-time after 3 months.
In this role you will be responsible for processing orders through to completion. This can be a fast paced environment where an exception level of organization is required to ensure accuracy and must have attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will handle orders quickly and efficiently. Good computer skills are essential and an excellent memory would be advantageous. Excellent communication is a must along with being self-motivated and have experience in marketing and sales and have a sound knowledge in maths.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processing Orders through to completion – from initial order, invoicing, scheduling production and freight to meet deadlines.
Over the phone and face to face sales and quotes
Social Media Advertising
Marketing
Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures
General Administration Duties
Picking and Packing when required
Other tasks as directed
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience:
MYOB (min. 1 year experience preferred)
General Admin
GSuite (Gmail,Calendars, Onedrive)
Social Media Advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc)
Sales (over the phone, email and face to face)
Shopify
Skills:
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Organised, able to meet deadlines and multitask
Attention to detail
Enthusiasm and Confidence
PERFORMANCE GOALS:
Complete administration tasks on time
Self-motivated
Deal with clients, suppliers and other employees professionally at all times
Ensure office is clean and presentable at all times
Open to additional hours (local to the business is preferred)
