Super Hot Birds Eye CHILLI to burn your palate FROM

Bird's Eye Hot chillis are very hot, use fresh in hot sauces, dried or ground.
The super hot chillis mature from emerald green to a scarlet red, and was first documented in 1493 by Christopher Columbus in America.
Bird's Eye are hot especially when ripe, between 30,000 and 50,000 units on the Scoville scale. This makes them hotter than Serranos and Jalapenos but milder than Habaneros. Can be dried and will retain it's heat well long term.
Grow notes:
Adaptable to most garden soils but prefers a well-drained, well fed soil in a sunny position. They are considered Annual plants in temperate climates but Perennial plants in the tropics, from India, South East Asia to China.
Chilli require warmth for germination, if starting early (esp. in temperate climate) provide warmth in a greenhouse.
Tropical Queensland & NT: Year Round
Temperate NSW: Early Spring to Early Summer
Cold Victoria, Tasmania: Mid-Spring to Early Summer
Sow: 6mm deep.
Grow in trays of a good seed raising mix and transplant when 6-7cm tall.
Germination: 10-14 days.
Plant space: 50cm
Row space: 50cm
Maturity: 10-12 weeks
Feed with a soluble fertiliser every two weeks for stronger plants.
Pinch out growing tips to encourage your chilli plants to bush out and produce more fruits. Grow chilli plants in well drained, fertile soil but don't over-fertilise mature plants or they may grow excess leaves at the expensive of fruit production. Stake chilli plants with heavy fruit set to provide support and prevent them from falling over. Pick chillis regularly to encourage plants to produce additional flowers.
Time To Harvest: chilli takes from 10 to 11 weeks to produce fruits.
