Suzuki DR650 DRZ400 complete super bright 10 LED and Centre SMD Headlight with DRL and DOT/E marks.
SMD LED Rectangular Headlight should fit the following Suzuki DR Models:
DR650 '96 - '24; DRZ400S '00 - '24; DR350 '90 - '99; DR200 '96 - '24 (with standard rectangular headlight).
• Not just a bulb, but an entirely new LED headlight!

• 5 minutes to fit, just need a 10mm socket and wrench.
This kit includes an LED headlight assembly with plug-and-play wiring harness, a specially designed adjustable aluminium mounting bracket and all the required installation hardware.

Why should you buy an LED Headlight kit from me over my competitors?
• 12 months warranty
• One month satisfaction guarantee.
• Mine can be fitted in 5 minutes as the nuts are permanently attached (unlike all the others) and even has a special sliding bracket so you can tilt the headlight back and forth to adjust the beam easily with one hand to tighten
• Mine require no trimming of the plastic cowl (the others require splits in the corner or major trimming)
• Mine are cheaper than the others
• I have tried the other ‘more expensive kits’ that others are selling which come with loose bolts and nuts. They range from $220 to $900. You have to try and push the nuts in behind the standard fork brackets and hold them in place with a spanner (which is very fiddly) at the same time as holding the headlight assembly while fitting the bolts and trying to tighten it up. The nuts keep dropping out and when you finally get one to start, the spanner gets caught and you can’t get it out!
• The bracket is Aussie designed and made, not imported from the USA! The LED is imported however we have purchased and tested many lights to find one that has a good pattern on both low that doesn't blind oncoming traffic while still provide a big improvement over standard with a powerful high beam.
The other ones for sale online here that are advertise 'DOT approved' are made in the USA and DOT approved in the US, not in Australia. The ones we’re selling are straight so if set down a little, they don’t blind oncoming traffic.
The headlight features 10 individual LED SMD projectors with a 20 Chip SMD Centre row LED with DRL. A wide low-beam pattern with distinct upper cut-off and a full power combined high-beam for long range visibility. The low-beam consumes only 25W and remains powered when the 11W high-beam is fired giving a total of 33W. Both these figures are less than the standard 55/60W Halogen which means on low beam you have another 30W free for running heated grips, bright DRLs etc.
This is good because testing had shown the standard alternator can only handle an additional 65W before you start draining the battery. This means now you have 95W to play with on low! There is also a 3W daytime running light.
The LEDs are rated for 50,000 h Mine and operate at a 6000K daylight colour temperature. Check out the images for stock vs. LED patterns and brightness images.
They are not ADR compliant however the LEDs give a very straight beam, not cut off on the right or left which makes them ADR compliant if tested. This light does have DOT, E9 (in a circle) and SAE on it, so it will pass a visual roadside check but no test data to back it up as that's expensive. Fitting one of these is no different by law to fitting an LED or HID H4 bulb to the standard headlight but a lot brighter and a better and cleaner pattern.
It probably won't pass a rego light check but it only takes a couple of minutes to swap back to the original light.
Please note – NO, you do not get the plastic headlight surround.
