Untrustworthy
If they break your new TV, like mine. Don’t worry as they will say it was broken before they moved it, or they will change the issue, to you must have damaged after we left.
In fact they will suggest your at fault for everything, and then say we don’t take atVs unless in a box. That didn’t seem to be an issue when moving my belongings. Then they say we couldn’t have damaged the TV as we are experts

If you want your new TV broken and deny deny deny
If you want your 5 month old TV broken, and then told I must have broken the TV it, as they didn’t do anything wrong
I tried to meet half way as accidents happen . Nothing, so off to VCAT
Don’t believe the “ we have full insurance “ they changed their story on how they only take TVs in original box to, we are “so professional we found have done anything wrong “
