Tasks & responsibilities
• Much of this position will be in the office, where you will be responsible for making callers and staff members feel comfortable and well-informed. To guarantee the smooth operation of the organisation, the administration officer oversees providing administrative support to all.
• Accurately and completing administrative tasks promptly is the goal of this role. Data entry, document preparation, and administrative duties are part of the job.
Qualifications & experience
• Information Collection and Management: the capacity to effectively gather, arrange, and monitor data.
• Communication Skills: the capacity to listen intently and articulately.
• Minimum Two Years of Administrative Experience.
· Microsoft Office 365 or comparable Experience.
• Planning and Organising: the capacity to set priorities, schedule, and multitask.
• Customer service skills: building positive relationships with customers while prioritising achieving customer satisfaction.
• Attention to Detail: the capacity to produce correct and high-quality work by showing concern for all areas involved. Adaptability: the capacity to modify a strategy in response to shifting circumstances and needs, including interacting with a variety of people
• Confidentiality: the capacity to uphold ethical norms and preserve confidentiality Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organisational abilities and a problem-solving mindset; interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities
