Service Terms:
1. [Pricing] $99/hour for weekdays according to the actual arrival and finsh time; $120 per hour for weekends and holidays; starting from 2 hours session.
2. [Resources] Provide a 4.5-ton van body truck and 2 professional movers. If extra movers are required: 3 movers at $150/hour, 4 movers at $200/hour.
3. [Callout] Callout fee is normally between $40-150 according to the from and to locations, we will quote you the callout fee once we get the addresses.
4. [Stairs & Levels] $40 per level per mover for the straight stairs. $50 per level per mover for the turning stairs with corners or revolving stairs.
5. [Heavy Items] Solid wood furniture, piano, marble dining table and a large number of each item are more than 70KG (continuous weight has been in the heavy state) belong to the overweight furniture, heavy item fee of $50 to $80 per mover may apply. (Quote on the scene)
6. [Booking] Preferrably booking at least 2 days in advance for removal. Same day service will incur an additional charge.
7. [Valuables] Please take your valuables, cash, jewellery or jade with you or keep them in a safe place the movers will not take the responsibility for missing unsecured valuables.
Any other special requests may incur additional costs; kindly specify them with our customer service or inform the movers beforehand.
We offer the option to wrap your valuables with Clear Pallet Shrink Wrap at a cost of $10 per item. Alternatively, you may request the movers to pack your items according to your specific requirements.
