We are seeking a Administrative Assistant to join our Allied Health Clinic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role inensuring the smooth functioning of administrative operations, supporting healthcare professionals, and providing excellent service to our patients.
Responsibilities:
1. Reception and Assistance:
- Greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Schedule appointments, handle phone inquiries, and provide relevant information to patients.
-Coordinate and schedule appointments for healthcare professionals.
- Assistin processing billing information, including verifying charges and preparing invoices
- Manageday-to-day office operations, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information withconfidentiality
- Standardclinic hours with occasional flexibility based on patient needs.
