Full-time Spray Painter, Vehicle Assembler or Panel Beaters Required

About Role:

Essendon Panels has an exciting opportunity for qualified Spray Painters, Vehicle Assemblers or Panel Beaters willing to fill a crucial role in our diverse and professional team.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct vehicle repairs utilising OEM repair methodology for both customers and insurers within a specified time frame

· Negotiate and foster professional working relationships with customers, insurance companies and assessors

· Strive to achieve Essendon Panels’ Sales and Service Key Performance Indicators

· Liaising with Office Staff, Stock/Parts Ordering and communication with Floor Staff

· Following company procedures in processing documentation through the use of IBodyshop, ensuring accurate and complete record keeping and data entry

· Ensuring the quality of vehicle repairs are to pre-accident condition prior to handover to customers

· Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations.

· Ensuring reporting and target requirements are met as directed by the Managing Director

About you:

· To be part of our team, you will have be a qualified assembler or panel beater (apprentices accepted).

Your will have minimum 3 years trade experience , a proactive attitude and be motivated to continuously learn.

· You possess a strong work ethic, fantastic organisational and time management skills and you can easily to adjust to the ever-changing environment.

· You will have a proven ability to work both as part of a multidisciplinary team as well as autonomously when required.
