Hi, my name is Boh and I am fully qualified Personal Trainer & Weight Management Practitioner, working in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne (Reservoir & Fairfield).
I specialise in womens health & fitness incuding areas of weight loss, nutrition & gut health, hormonal & menstural cycle health and pre & post-partum training.
I look at all my clients as individuals and work towards realistic goals for longer lasting results. We look holistically and address more than the physical for better results.
