Didnt turn up for the appointment to inspect the job. He was off quoting another job. He asked us to send a picture of the deck that needed a repair, which we sent. He quoted labour costs from the picture which we accepted. We also had to pay for materials on top of the labour costs. He organised a second appt to look at the job and work out what materials he needed, which he did, then he said he would be back next day at 9.30am to do the job never turned up. What a waste of time -Unreliable
