4WD ute tub / canopy storage rack / shelf.
Professionally made to my specs by a sheetmetal / welding business.
Designed to go high in the canopy between roof rack bars inside a rear tub canopy, be out of the way, and hold flatter awkward camping gear.
I used it for Malamoo 4 person pop up tent (1000mm dia), beach towels, great for drying washed clothing on trips, etc.
Worked well for PJ / PK Ranger crew cab tub, but very likely adaptable for most makes.
Solid. Used on many desert and other outback trips, handled rough tracks as it's reinforced as follows.
Overall size 1150mm long x 1060mm wide.
50mm x 50mm zinc anneal mesh, bent 90 degrees around 4 sides 60mm deep.
Reinforced all round with 50mm x 50mm 1.6mm zinc anneal angle, welded all round at 4 corners.
Set up front hinged on 4 large cable ties, drops at back for access.
