Part-Time Assistant Needed for Expense Management and Accounting Tasks
We are a small, dynamic team seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist with our expense management and accounting tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a knack for numbers and an interest in finance to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize receipts and expense reports.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Input financial data into our accounting software.
- Perform routine checks to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Liaise with team members to gather and compile financial information.
- Assist with other accounting-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., Zoho, QuickBooks, Xero).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Available to work 2-3 days per week.
