What We Offer – Online Program
1 X 15-MINUTE COACHING CALL PER WEEK
I know we can be time poor – our 15-minute chat will focus on all of your personal challenges that have occurred during the week, coaching around the 5 stages of our program and setting you up for a successful week.
WEEKLY CHECK IN FORM (5-10 MINUTES) – EMAIL WITH RESPONSE FROM COACH
As we are busy – you complete the weekly check-in form towards the end of the week in your own time – I will review it and give you feedback and guidance.
WEEKLY LEARNING ON ALL TOPICS RELATED TO YOUR SPECIFIC GOALS
This program has a lot of content that is adapted to be included in your daily life. There are tasks that you will complete during the time in between our chats.

NUTRITION – learn to eat what works for your body
All foods do not agree with everyone. Our body does not perform well if we don’t feed it in a way that works for you. Discover high energy foods to enjoy & those to avoid.
MOVEMENT – RE-ENERGISE & TONE UP
We don’t always have time for the gym. Discover how to get moving & feel better without making too much effort.
STRESS – REDUCE & MANAGE
Learn the secret to burning more fat while reducing stress.
SELF-CARE – FEEL LIKE YOU AGAIN
Do you feel like you have lost ‘your-younger, carefree-self’ ? Let’s get back to the fun loving, happy person you once were and can be again.
CONSISTENCY / MOTIVATION – DISCOVER HOW TO KEEP FEELING GREAT FOREVER
This is the key to ultimate success! After working on the other stages, we need to make it all stick for good.
Habits don’t change overnight, so I have developed this program to enable me to be by your side for 24 weeks. This will give you plenty of time to be coached around any obstacles that may arise and give you the best chance of success for achieving your goals.

~ FITNESS ~
BuzzFit has been offering small group training and personal training since 2015. BuzzFit offers a friendly, small boutique style home based environment, in which you can achieve your health and fitness goals. We offer in-studio training, together with online training for participants that cannot get to the gym or prefer to train from home.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
BuzzFit offers classes throughout the week that cater to all fitness levels, including people with injuries.
Every class is different, to enable us to work different muscle groups and for variety. Boxing classes are scheduled every Saturday morning.
PERSONAL TRAINING 1:1 (PT)
BuzzFit offers one on one personal training.
PT sessions are designed to reach your individual goals. We can also design your sessions with a friend/partner.
These sessions are 30 minutes, including warm up and cool down and can be scheduled throughout the week.
PERSONAL TRAINING KICKSTART
4 Week Program – 3 x 30 minute sessions per week for 4 weeks.
~ NUTRITION ~
There are many aspects to nutrition and how to do it successfully, in order to fuel your body to enable it to work well. Everyone is different and each person tolerates food differently.
We offer meal plans & teach you how to meal preparation.
