Admin Manager
Trayne Consulting seeks an experienced Administrator to join a dynamic Project Development firm specialising in large multi-residential projects. This position plays a crucial role in overseeing documentation processes to ensure seamless project execution and handover. We need an administrator who excels in detail-oriented tasks and compliance adherence, facilitating smooth communication between on-site teams and supporting project flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison with CEO daily to discuss project status and daily plans.
- Central control of building approval documentation, ensuring compliance.
- Assist site team with documentation completion for compliance.
- Manage site sign-off sheets for timely invoice processing.
- Proactive communication with stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Update documents and photos in Dropbox and Job Programmes.
- Assist site personnel with administrative tasks.
- Manage post-handover fixes, liaising with relevant parties for resolution.
- Support ad hoc duties such as office setup and product selection.
Key Attributes:
- Strong administrative background with a focus on compliance and process management.
- Effective prioritization and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Flexible attitude to support various business needs.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
