WANTED: land to buy

Looking for a block of land to buy preferably in northern NSW/NSW (but open to South East QLD, VIC SA)
What we are wanting:
* A minimum of 4 acres
* MUST have free hold tittle
* MUST have mobile reception
* Water connection/the ability to connect water, or a bore is preferable (a dam would be perfect too but not necessity)
* Would prefer no flood or fire history
* Would prefer fenced (stock fencing fine)
* Okay if there is some bushland but need a decent amount of clearing
* Ideally would like a shed and/or shipping container set up already established or some kind of living quarters but again not a deal breaker.
* Good soil preferable as we plan on growing food
Looking to pay around $100,000, but would go up to $130,000 (top of our bracket and only if it ticks enough boxes)
