SIZE: A Lilly attaining a height of 1.5-2.5 mts.
HABITAT: Widespread. Grows in sandy to clay soils as well as poorly drained soils and tolerant of salty marine influences. Grows in sunny to shady positions. Very adaptable.
FLOWERS: Large star-like white flowers.
FOLIAGE: Large leaves radiating from a basal central point (Similar to a Gymea Lilly).
HARDINESS: Very hardy, wind and salt tolerant, responds well to additional water.
USES: Excellent all-round plant for understorey. Fast growing producing a spectacular flower display with flowers quite fragrant.
