Our new Director of Food Iconic multi award winning chef Paul Wilson is now recruiting a Sous chef & chefs of all levels for his new wine centric, McLaren Vale Hotel.
Gastro- pub / brasserie menu philosophy underpinned by mature culinary techniques & simplicity showcasing benchmark local ingredients with European & modern Australian flavour.
