Classic Sansui AU 707 dual mono, direct coupled amp from 1976. 85watts per channel with a total harmonic rate of 0.01% This is the Japanese version of the AU 717 that will be sold with a brand new 500 watt step transformer for the asking price. This is a behemoth of an amplifier that would be a keeper if I wasn’t already up to my eyeballs in keeper amps. Having said that, lowballs be warned I’m more than happy for this thing to stay in my study system playing tangerine dream and the Bladerunner

Super rare Marantz PM4 amplifier, esoteric series - last of the great marantz amplifier’s built in the early 80’s. Great sounding, great looking, 60 watts per channel or 15 watts aside running in class A. Rare and collectable NZ built Rait 30/30 hi fi amplifier, essentially NZ’s answer to the Quad 33/303 pre/power amps made in the UK. The Rait has just been put back together by a qualified tech who has replaced all the output transistors. There are a few scratches on the wood facia, most notably on the power amp and some signs of rust/pitting on the rear but over all in excellent condition.
