I work with busy people from all walks of life who are tired of feeling flat and sluggish, wanting to get well but not receiving the solutions to their health issues. Often brain fog, hair loss, weight gain accompanied by fatigue, sluggish digestion and weaker immune system are not instantly connected to thyroid health. Add high cholesterol, insulin resistance and unbalanced cycle, and most practitioners will be confused with how to help the client.
Thyroid is the main gland establishing the speed of every organ and every cell in the body. When we see several bodily functions underperform I look "higher", investigating the organ that is "in charge".
