thanks Quickfix, Brad was thoughtful of other trades onsite, assisting them to carry things inside for them without having to ask twice, his workman ship is A+, I ended up having to repair alot of water damaged plaster, he barely charged me for the extra works, he just got stuck in & did it a week later my job is done & dusted the place looks new, took the time out to explain all his work at the end of each day & gladly put all my materials on his account which saved me $ AAA+++ best job ever
