Blocked Drains? No Hot Water ? Local Plumber

Sent a message with photos of my lounge asking for a quote and I was responded with “yuck. Why even bother.” My lounge was only 3 years old and just had a few marks. I needed it cleaned so that the fabric protection business could respray it again for me as it was covered by their warranty. To get a horrible message like that is awful and this person should not be in business!
