This story was written by May Gibbs after her husband died in 1939. She lived on at Nutcote cottage with her dogs (Scotch terriers) and published Scotty in Gumnut Land in 1941. This hardcover book has got its original jacket and was published by Angus and Robertson in 1982. The title is a rare one to find.
