Phones / Messages: Divert calls in busy days / periods and holidays, Design and Prepare quotes and correspondence, Mail ( collection, drop off and sorting ) Spreadsheet Preparation, Invoice and Payroll Entry, MYOB and QuickBooks, GreenTree, Microsoft Suit, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Various other accounting programs...
You may only need me for a few hours, a day, a week or depending on your situation, I can provide ongoing support. I'm also available for temporary assignments to cover your needs when other staff may be on annual leave or in periods of absence.
I'm reliable, efficient and take pride in the quality of my work; I have great computer skills and will work with you to achieve your goals.
My rates are by the hour; ( FROM $40 depending on location and work required )
I have my own ABN so can invoice you for my time ( fortnightly or monthly ) after data entry I will liaise with your Accountant to complete BAS, I do my own tax / super and you don't need to provide a desk if you don't want to as I can work from home
