ATOMIC Coffee Cappuccino Maker Machine BON TRADING Badge
$995
Vintage ATOMIC Coffee Maker, fully restored and completely genuine.
Have refurbished over 100 of these over the years, so buy with confidence from me.
This machine will make a great investment, and will continue to increase in value over time.
I will not deal in replicas, copies, nor fakes, and am always happy to advise anyone contemplating purchasing a listed ATOMIC and what to look for to confirm that it is genuine.
Disassembled, cleaned, threads tapped, reassembled, with INOX food grade grease on moving parts, descaled (food-grade citric acid), lightly polished, and stainless steel screws replacing the originals (less likely to seize up over time).
Complete with group/portafilter and handle, jug and handle, filler cap (with pressure release valve) with small crack not impacting functionality, the original 2 and 4-cup grind baskets (with the Star of David hole pattern), copy of instruction booklet.
The purchaser is also free to remain in contact with me for tips and advice on making the espresso, frothing the milk, maintenance and cleaning, etc.
Badge on top reads, "ATOMIC, CAPPUCCINO MAKER, BON TRADING CO, WOOLAHRA SYDNEY NSW, MADE IN ITALY", this is a vintage model, not the current model with Made In Italy stamped to the base ($895 new)
The residual water volume of this unit is 225mL (what remains after the espresso process), so if you start with 375mL of water in the base, you will end up with approximately 150mL of espresso. The initial volume can be adjusted to suit strength and preference, as can the coffee grind fineness. If you prefer long black, I recommend adding hot water to the espresso, as opposed to making a larger volume of espresso (unless you like fast-food coffee where they will run 300mL through the coffee to produce your long black).
Operates on gas and electric stovetops, however, if you have an induction stovetop, you will need an induction plate
on which to sit the ATOMIC. These units are aluminium alloy, so not magnetic.
For best pressure and steam for milk frothing, operate on high flame/heat.
Signature on Delivery and handling is added to the postage quote in the listing, for PayPal payments and Buyer Protection.
Listed elsewhere so this auction may end early if no offers are received.
No response to offers below the starting price.
