Wheels is an Australian car magazine owned by “ARE Media” who acquired it in 2020. Wheels Magazine is sold in Australia and New Zealand only and was founded in May 1953 by Ray Yeomans. Since 1963 Wheels annually announces their “Car of the Year”, an award created by Bill Tuckey. Wheels Magazine is highly regarded by Australian and New Zealand car enthusiasts and makes for a great read, covering every aspect of car culture.
You are bidding on a December 1971 edition of Wheels Magazine featuring the Mercedes Benz 350 SLC and Holden Statesman De Ville along with an interesting piece on the Lear Turbine Revolution for 1971. The condition I would describe as 9/10, excellent condition for its 51 years age and an outstanding collectable. This magazine has some excellent articles for the Ford, Holden, Chrysler, Nissan, Toyota, VW, Mercedes, Renault and Studebaker enthusiasts making it a worthwhile addition to your collection of motoring memorabilia.
