Quote and then ended communication
Quoted a price and then changed the price quote and then when I simply enquired further about the pricing and materials needed basically he didn't want to deal with me anymore. He became quite rude quickly. Do not recommend, based on the review below as well, he is not a professional.

Avoid at all costs
“Don’t contact me again you are disturbing my peace” is the response I received when I complained to the owner.
Late last year I was diagnosed with cancer. I was concerned that if something happened to me my apartment would not be able to be sold or rented out as I hadn’t finished renovating and there were no skirting boards. In summary:
I was quoted $12 a meter, $800 in total, but the final bill came to $1100 (for 4 hours labour)
No invoice detailing the meterage, or a bre
