4 Vintage Long French Skewers with Soldered Brass Finials
$42 Negotiable
Postage is extra. Cash if picking up locally in Canberra. These 1960-70s galvanised steel and brass skewers were purchased from an antique shop selling only vintage and antique French items. They range in length from 32 to 36 cms. The brass finials are soldered on to the galvanised steel rods and include a rabbit, fish, chicken and native with a huge headdress. There is no sign of rust and I would suggest they have never been used. I couldn't bring myself to spoil their appearance by using them.

- 5 Vintage Small Silverplated Meat Serving ForksCollection of 5 vintage/perhaps antique meat server forks. Most are silverplated although the silver has worn off the oldest 5-pronged one. That one was made by Mappin and Webb, silversmiths based in both London and Sheffield between about 1880 and 1920. Unfortunately, it has a crack in the faux bone-handle on one side too. The longest one with the pinkish faux bone-handle is about 175mm long and the shortest (all metal) is 140mm long. Postage is not included in price.
